We are a husband and wife team, both born and raised right here in Yakima, where we've been serving the valley with alternative healthcare options since 2017.  Our vision to create a unique spa experience that incorporates education for better health in our community has become a reality.

Our team of professionals are ready to share knowledge and expertise from backgrounds ranging from nutrition, fitness, recovery and prevention, to meditation, and more.
